Features: The publication of "Classics Collection" attempts to address some phenomena criticized by us. A common judgment is that "Modern Literature" has never and will never end the new possibilities of modern (contemporary) Chinese writing. Therefore, we call the new and creative works of the past two decades "New Classics." What we aim to do, of course, is not just to find "masters," but also to find another way to narrate literary history. The selected works are no longer solely critiques by critics on writers, works, and literary trends, but consistently adhere to the original creative approach—panoramic view. We selectively organize writers, critics, editors (publishers) to interpret and record the development of literature, forming a multi-faceted interactive form of narrating literary history.
