Features: With the vigorous development of China's modernization, various sectors of society and all aspects of personal work and life require technical and practical assistance from psychological science. The author of this book, through the process of recruiting and training master's students and supervising and guiding doctoral students in psychological technology applications, has written this book based on the systematic framework and main content of his regular lectures. Considering the scope of textbook use, this book is positioned for senior undergraduate and graduate students in psychology departments or related disciplines. It is the first specialized book on psychological technology published in China and can be used as a textbook for introductory courses in applied psychology in universities. The book consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which briefly outlines the history of the development of psychological technology and the necessity of reconstructing it, while also introducing its construction system. The following four chapters are respectively: Personnel Psychological Quality Assessment Technology, Group Social Psychological Survey Technology, Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy Technology, and Economic Psychological Technology. The three appendices at the end of the book introduce certain ideas about psychological technology in ancient China from different perspectives, which still provide inspiration and reference for us today. Since traditional Chinese medicine psychological therapy techniques and methods still have therapeutic effectiveness, this content has been directly incorporated into Chapter 4. In a certain sense, this also reflects the spirit of the sinicization of psychology.
