Features: Arsène Lupin – a clever and patriotic master thief, a first-class detective, and a nemesis that makes all criminals tremble. In a grand opera house in Paris, a spectacular fashion competition is taking place. However, as everyone is engrossed in the performance on stage, a fire breaks out, and chaos erupts. Meanwhile, the young female singer performing on stage is kidnapped by two masked thieves to a luxurious mansion, and the priceless diamond gown she is wearing is stolen. A few days later, another beautiful fashion model is also lured and kidnapped to a grand residence by the same two masked thieves. Based on the descriptions of the thieves' clothing and the luxurious furnishings of the residence given by the two victims, the police trace the case to the Count and Countess, who are known for their philanthropy and high reputation, and suspect them of involvement in the crime. Although the Count and Countess deny it vehemently, all the evidence is against them. Are the thieves really the Count and Countess? Or is there someone else? If there is someone else, why did they dress as the Count and Countess, and how did they bring the two young women to the heavily guarded Count's mansion? The great-grandfather and grandfather of the Count and Countess were also imprisoned for robbery and murder, and died in prison of illness and suicide, respectively. Could it be that the Count family has a terrifying hereditary trait of robbery and murder, compelling them to commit such heinous crimes? Such a convoluted, bizarre, and inexplicable mystery could probably only be solved by the immensely capable Arsène Lupin!
