Author: Chen Qiangyi

Publishing Date: 1995-10-01
Features: This volume is the first of the book, collecting ninety works of the Kangxi Emperor from July 1733 to June 1761. During the Kangxi era, there were no fixed norms for the format of memorial memorials, nor for the status of the memorialists. The size, shape, number of lines per paragraph, and number of characters per line of memorial memorials were also not standardized. Individuals like Li Xun, who were born into the emperor's household slaves, had more small secret memorials, which were also stamped with private name seals. The small secret memorials were written in person by the secret memorialists and directly delivered to the emperor, and others could not see them.
