Features: The full title of "Cao Quanbei" is "Han Dengyang County Magistrate Cao Quanbei Stele," also known as "Cao Jingwan Stele." It was erected in the second year of the Zhongping era of Emperor Ling of the Eastern Han Dynasty and unearthed in the early years of the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty in present-day Heyang County, Shaanxi. After the broken pieces in the early years of the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty, it was moved to the Xi'an Stele Forest in 1956. It is written in clerical script, with twenty-four lines. Zhu Lüzhēn once praised this stele: "It is unrestrained and natural, with a unique style that no later generations can imitate even slightly. This is the true face of the Han people, as if the walls and eaves are all there." The editor spent several months carefully selecting and comparing the characters from each ancient poem, ensuring both faithfulness to the original text and that all strokes were taken directly from the original stele, with no substitutions. At the same time, the editor avoided rigid adherence and appropriately used computer technology for coordination, ultimately completing this stele.
