Features: In the 1990s, Chinese science fiction writers underwent a major overhaul. The older generation of science fiction writers scattered and disappeared under various pressures, while the new generation of science fiction writers truly matured in the 1990s. "New Generation Science Fiction" is the code that this new generation of writers proposed for themselves. "New Generation Science Fiction works" possess a style that no science fiction works from any previous era had. This style can only emerge in an age when the internet weaves over the minds, video game consoles span neural connections, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Bill Gates are mutually cloned. This book collects all the worth-reading works that emerged in the last decade of the 20th century in the field of Chinese science fiction. It challenges your imagination, challenges your perception of Chinese culture, and challenges your existing methods of understanding the world.
