It also recognizes the promoting and restraining effects of environmental protection on economic construction, studying ways to align environmental protection with economic laws to achieve the minimum labor input for the maximum payment environmental benefits and economic benefits. On this basis, it comprehensively understands the dialectical relationship between environmental protection and economic development, researches ways to promote mutual reinforcement between economic development and environmental protection and improvement, seeks the optimal solutions for achieving sustainable cycles of socioeconomic reproduction and natural environmental reproduction, and promotes the coordinated, healthy, and sustainable development of the environment and the economy.
