Features: Political civilization is the positive political achievements obtained through human of nature and society, representing the comprehensive embodiment of social progress in political values, political systems, political organizations, and political behavior. It, along with material civilization and spiritual civilization, constitutes the three major components of human social civilization. Political civilization is a key goal for the comprehensive realization of a moderately prosperous society in China and an important objective in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It must be based on the adherence to the Four Cardinal Principles, proceeding from China's national conditions, summarizing its own practical experience, and advancing political reform in a positive and steady manner. At the same time, it is essential to learn from the beneficial achievements of human political civilization and absolutely not to blindly copy the models of Western political systems. It is necessary to improve all aspects of the management mechanisms of socialist political civilization.
