Philosophy of Law Teaching Reference Book

Author: Zhu Jingwen
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2004-11-01
Features: This book is a supplementary teaching reference for the "Jurisprudence" textbook in the 21st century law series, edited by Sun Guohua and Zhu Jingwen, published by the Renmin University of China Press (1st edition in 1999, 2nd edition in 2004). As a teaching reference, we strive to make the content comprehensive, highlight key points, and provide a wealth of information to offer readers as detailed and rich references as possible for studying jurisprudence, meeting the requirements of jurisprudence courses. The chapters of this book are arranged in the same order as the "Jurisprudence" textbook. Each chapter is divided into an argument summary, Marxist-Lenin literature, and references, with some chapters also including legal documents or central documents. The argument summary section primarily presents various viewpoints on a particular issue, aiming to give readers a more comprehensive understanding of the issue. The Marxist-Lenin literature section mainly cites the discussions of classic Marxist-Lenin writers on the issue. The central documents and legal documents section cites central documents and legal sources related to the issue, while the references section lists the main reference books and papers on the issue. During the writing process of this book, we referred to a large number of works and papers by domestic and international scholars, as well as relevant references in legal theory. We extend our gratitude to these authors. Due to time constraints and limitations in our abilities, it is inevitable that there are shortcomings in the writing process of this book, and our grasp of some authors' viewpoints may also be biased. We sincerely invite our readers to provide valuable feedback so that we can improve the book in future revisions.
