Features: Medical records are important medical documents and legally recognized documents by the state. Medical record writing is a fundamental skill for healthcare professionals. Since the promulgation of the "Medical Malpractice Handling Conditions," institutions from the National Health Ministry to local healthcare facilities have placed increasing emphasis on medical record writing.
