Features: Bridge is a healthy activity for both body and mind. A famous player once said, "Card games are like life." Indeed, at the table, one can experience all kinds of life's experiences—success and failure, effort and fate, cooperation and teamwork, deception and integrity, strategy and planning, courage and wisdom, elegance and vulgarity. Some say that promoting bridge activities has a positive effect on improving national quality, and I believe this is not an exaggeration. Chinese bridge, whether in terms of popularity or competitive level, still has a considerable gap compared to international standards. An important reason, in my opinion, is that there are few bridge books available, most of which focus on bridge art appreciation, while theoretical works are scarce. In fact, many high-level Chinese players have deep research and expertise in bridge theory. However, due to various reasons, they are unable to compile it into books, so many valuable insights, experiences, and reflections can only circulate within a small circle, which is truly a pity. This book is an attempt by Chinese players to explore bridge theory. Sharing their research findings with the public, regardless of their level, I believe this spirit and courage are commendable.
