Publish Date: 2004-11-01
Features: This manual was compiled to adapt to the rapid development of thermal power generation and transmission and transformation in China's current power industry, improve the management level of archival work in engineering construction, and achieve the goals of scientific, procedural, standardized, and legalized management. The book is divided into two parts and seventeen chapters. Part I focuses on the engineering document management of thermal power generation and transmission construction projects (Chapters 1-9), elucidating the content, methods, and guidance, supervision, inspection, and control functions of the project owner in managing engineering documents throughout the entire process of thermal power and transmission construction. It provides standardized, procedural, and standardized operational methods and steps for the document management of the project owner, as well as for design, construction, commissioning, supervision, quality inspection, and other units, including the compilation and organization of completed project documents. Additionally, it establishes "Implementation Rules for the Classification and Organization of Completed Project Documents in Power Construction Projects" for different disciplines. Part II provides reference models for the organization of completed handover documents (Chapters 10-17), detailing the methods for organizing unit projects, the structure of volumes, and standard forms of completed handover documents for construction units (engineering contractors and subcontractors) in the order of building construction, boiler installation engineering, steam turbine installation engineering, electrical installation engineering, thermal control installation engineering, welding engineering, unit startup and commissioning engineering, and overhead transmission line engineering. This manual is available for reference and use by archival and document management personnel, engineering technicians, and relevant management personnel in the construction units (project owners) of thermal power generation and transmission projects, as well as in design, construction, commissioning, supervision, thermal power generation, and power supply production units.
