Features: The economic development in ethnic regions is a complex research subject. Based on the analysis of development advantages, it explores the market prerequisites and operational mechanisms for transforming resource advantages into economic advantages in ethnic regions, proposing optimized conversion pathways.
On the basis of analyzing development means, it examines the fiscal revenue and expenditure deficits and structural flaws in ethnic regions, studies their capital supply and balanced development, and discusses the necessity of using modern market tools like BOT (build-operate-transfer) and leasing, as well as the urgency of establishing fund markets for ethnic regions.
Based on the analysis of development drivers, it reviews the real-world arrangements of formal and informal institutions in ethnic regions, analyzes the practical framework and erosion of formal institutions, and explores the religious characteristics of informal institutions and their adaptation to modern market economies.
Finally, based on the analysis of development guarantees, it specifically studies the irreversibility of ecological transformation and the game between ecology and sustainable development, proposing an equilibrium-oriented approach and advocating the establishment of ecological no-go zones.
