The concluding part systematically explains the new ideas, conclusions, and viewpoints on international strategy proposed by the third generation of the central leadership collective of the Party led by Jiang Zemin and the new central leadership collective headed by Hu Jintao in the new century full of hope and challenges after the Cold War, in response to the new changes in the international and national conditions.
