Features: Humans have long been engaged in hunting and combat as survival skills, which were used to raise families and protect tribes. Our ancestors lived on this land, facing various injuries such as collisions, punches, palm strikes, and knife and axe wounds in their struggles with nature and harsh living conditions. These traumas often threatened their survival. To survive, they had to fight against life-threatening injuries and diseases, much like searching for food in the vast wilderness to find ways to heal. From accidental discoveries to conscious searches, from individual experiences to shared ones, over time, a system of trauma medicine gradually formed. This further proves that the origin and development of trauma treatment science are closely related to the long-term life and production practices of the working people, having evolved through their prolonged struggle against injuries and illnesses. In particular, mountain dwellers living in deep mountains and forests often became the unsung pioneers in the application of trauma remedies. Perhaps for this reason, the treatment experience of the working people was rarely passed down through written works, mostly relying on oral tradition and inheritance from generation to generation. Time flies, and the days pass like the swift hands of the clock. In today's highly developed modern era, the development of a discipline must be grounded in a strong theoretical foundation. Therefore, by extensively collecting folk prescriptions and empirical remedies, referencing a vast amount of ancient literature, and combining personal expertise, I have organically integrated them into this book, dedicating it to readers who love Chinese medical culture.
