Features: According to the "Provisional Regulations on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers" (Personnel Development [2002] No. 111) and the "Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination for Construction Engineers" (National Personnel Department Development [2004] No. 16) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, the Compilation Committee for the Qualification Examination Syllabus for Construction Engineers was commissioned by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction to organize the writing of the "Syllabus for the Qualification Examination for Secondary Construction Engineers." The syllabus was reviewed and approved by experts organized by the Ministry of Personnel. This syllabus includes three subjects: "Construction Project Management," "Construction Engineering Laws and Related Knowledge," and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (divided into 10 specialties: Building, Highway, Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Electric Power, Mining, Smelting, Petrochemical, Urban Public Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, and Decoration and Renovation).
