Features: According to the "Provisional Regulations on the Qualification System for Constructors" (Renfa [2002] 111) and the "Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination for Constructors" (Guorénbùfa [2004] 16) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, the Writing Committee for the Qualification Examination Syllabus for Constructors was commissioned by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction to organize the writing of the "Syllabus for the Qualification Examination for Secondary Constructors." The syllabus was reviewed and approved by experts organized by the Ministry of Personnel. This syllabus includes three subjects: "Construction Project Management," "Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects," and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (divided into 10 specializations: building, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, power, mining, smelting, petrochemical, municipal public utilities, mechanical and electrical installation, and decoration and renovation).
