Features: According to the "Provisional Regulations on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers" (Renfa [2002] 111) and the "Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination for Construction Engineers" (Guorénbùfa [2004] 16) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, the Drafting Committee for the Qualification Examination for Construction Engineers was commissioned by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction to organize the writing of the "Outline for the Qualification Examination for Secondary Construction Engineers." After being reviewed and approved by experts organized by the Ministry of Personnel, this outline includes three subjects: "Construction Project Management," "Construction Engineering Laws and Related Knowledge," and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (divided into 10 specialties: Building, Highway, Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Electric Power, Mining, Smelting, Petrochemical, Urban Public Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, and Decoration and Renovation).
