Features: This book is the third volume of the Persian Language Course and is designed for third-year Persian language majors in universities. It is a high-level Persian intensive reading textbook in China. The book consists of twenty lessons, each including text, vocabulary, notes, question-and-answer exercises, translation exercises, and reading materials. To facilitate students' quick reading, vocabulary in the reading materials is also explained. The notes include author biographies, important background information, etc. Considering that students have completed two years of systematic Persian language study and have acquired a substantial vocabulary, and to cultivate their ability and habit of using dictionaries, the vocabulary in this book, except for proper nouns and names of plants and animals, is accompanied by corresponding Chinese translations. Other explanations and notes are in Persian. The texts and reading materials are entirely in the original language. As needed for teaching, some words and phrases in the selected texts have been adjusted. Here, we express our gratitude to the original texts used in this book.
