Features: The laws, regulations, and policies formulated by the state to protect farmers' land rights have generally been implemented well, but some issues still exist. In recent years, in some areas, phenomena such as arbitrary interference in farmers' land contract rights, forcing farmers to transfer their land contract rights against their will, and illegally occupying farmers' contracted land have occasionally occurred, infringing on farmers' land rights. On the other hand, some farmers are not fully aware of the country's land laws, regulations, and policies, making it difficult for them to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and some illegal acts may also occur. This booklet briefly introduces the important laws, regulations, and policy provisions of the state concerning rural land, aiming to help farmers better understand the country's rural land policies, clarify their land rights and obligations under the law, and better safeguard their land rights while fulfilling their legal obligations.
