Features: This book is divided into two parts. The first part primarily introduces the basic concepts, fundamental theories, and essential knowledge of ISO9000 in quality management. It serves as the fundamental understanding and methodology of quality management, providing the theoretical basis for implementing quality management. The second part consists of quality management system documents compiled by the Zhejiang Provincial Lightning Protection Center. These documents represent the institutionalization, standardization, and practical application of quality management science in the actual work of lightning protection testing organizations. They have played a significant role in the quality management of our organization and are therefore presented to everyone. It should be noted that all the quality system documents in the second part do not fully comply with the elements required by ISO9000. Instead, they were developed based on actual needs, primarily adhering to regulations such as the "Measures for the Administration of Zhejiang Province Lightning Protection Device Testing Qualification" and the "Measures for the Administration of Zhejiang Province Inspection Institutions." However, the basic approach aligns with ISO9000 requirements. Among them, the "Work Instruction" standardizes instrument operation, on-site work content and requirements, the filling of original records, and the format of inspection reports. This section will need further refinement as national standards for lightning protection testing are introduced in the future. The first part of the book was written by Miao Changming, while the second part was collectively compiled by the editorial committee (led by Miao Changming, Chen Jinliang, and Chen Xiaoyuan, with collective discussions for finalization).
