Features: This volume includes two long novels, "The Two Ma's" and "The Birthday of Xiao Po." "The Two Ma's" was written in London between 1928 and 1929. It was published in the "Monthly Literary Magazine" from May to December 1929, Volume 20, Issues 5 to 12. Commercial Press published the first edition in April 1931. "The Birthday of Xiao Po" was written during the author's stay in Singapore in the second half of 1929 while leaving Britain, and it was completed in Shanghai in 1930. It was published in the "Monthly Literary Magazine" from January to April 1931, Volume 22, Issues 1 to 4. Life Publishing House published the first edition in July 1934. When these works were included in this volume, they were proofread based on the first edition and supplemented with some necessary annotations.
