Features: During the compilation of this book, complete respect was given to the actual case facts, trial process, judgment reasons, and outcomes, ensuring objectivity and authenticity. To facilitate readers' understanding of the specific trial process, the organization of each level of the trial, the parties involved in the lawsuit, the time of conclusion, the claims of both sides, the identified case facts, the evidence accepted, and the applicable legal provisions are included. The China Senior Judges Training Center and the Law School of Renmin University of China have collaborated since 1992 to annually select and compile a comprehensive volume of trial cases. Each volume includes cases concluded in the previous year, divided into four volumes: Criminal Trial Cases, Civil Trial Cases, Economic Trial Cases, and Administrative Trial Cases. Due to the limited number of transportation trial cases, which are insufficient to form an independent volume, they are categorized and compiled into the Economic and Criminal volumes based on the nature of the cases. The title of the book is "China Trial Case Review."
