Rational use of blood diseases

Features: The in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of hematological diseases and the completion of a systematic review (Meta-analysis) of clinical treatment trial results have laid a foundation for rational drug use in hematological diseases. As part of the "Clinical Rational Drug Use" series, we strive to maintain a consistent overall style while also introducing variations in "Rational Drug Use for Hematological Diseases": First, "Rational Drug Use for Hematological Diseases" does not aim for comprehensiveness but precision, excluding rare and uncommon diseases while ensuring thorough coverage of common conditions. Second, although it focuses on "rational drug use," we believe it is built upon the foundation of holistic treatment, so we introduce both the overall treatment strategies and the principles of rational drug use. Third, the emphasis is not on "drugs" but on "use," as "drugs" can be referenced from official guidelines. This book has two prominent features: First, we are now in the era of evidence-based medicine, and all diseases covered are written based on published clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines. Second, the authors are physicians who have long worked at the forefront of clinical practice at the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. To enhance practicality while respecting literature, the book incorporates the authors' extensive clinical experience into its text. We hope this book will serve as a reference for hematologists, general internists, and medical students interested in hematology.
