Its purpose is to: based on the actual conditions of China's reform and opening-up and the construction of a socialist market economy system, learn from advanced legislative experiences and new research findings abroad, conduct in-depth research and exploration of important legal issues in various fields of international economic relations, promote the development of teaching and research in international economic law in China, and provide a theoretical basis or practical reference for China's active participation in international legal practice, as well as China's foreign-related economic legislation, decision-making, and practical operations. The Journal is divided into four columns: WTO System and International Economic Law Theory, Doha Round Outlook, WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism Research, and Doha Round Negotiation Special Topics Research.
