This book introduces knowledge about preventing depression and anxiety in simple, accessible language and through relatable life examples, increasing public awareness of these mental health conditions and raising the public's understanding of preventing mental illnesses. It also helps readers recognize that depression and anxiety are treatable conditions. Spreading this knowledge is extremely important.
