Features: Since the reform and opening-up, with the rapid growth of the market economy, improving various legal systems has become an urgent task for Chinese society. To this end, the country has been vigorously promoting the codification movement and has successively formulated a series of laws and regulations. The Trust Law was enacted against this backdrop. The current Trust Law was passed by the 21st session of the Standing Committee of the 9th National People's Congress on April 28, 2001, and came into effect the same year. Based on a detailed introduction and commentary on numerous theories, this book proposes the academic viewpoint of the "Limited Power Transfer Theory" according to the characteristics of trust assets and the rights and obligations of trust parties. Although our understanding is still superficial and many aspects need to be supplemented and improved, as trust expands widely in China, it will inevitably encounter legal system challenges. It is a great pleasure to think that this book may play a role in sparking interest in the theoretical research of Trust Law in the near future.
