Features: To adapt to the development needs of rural and urban water supply in China, to standardize the post setup and staffing levels of rural and urban water supply stations, to improve management levels, to fully utilize the benefits of projects, to ensure the normal operation of water supply projects and drinking water safety, this standard is formulated. This standard specifies the main responsibilities, employment conditions, and staffing standards for 31 posts in 8 categories of water supply stations. This standard applies to the post setup and staffing of water supply stations in townships, small towns, and villages (residential communities) with centralized water supply and actual daily water supply volumes of 200-50,000 m3. Other water supply stations can refer to this standard for implementation based on their importance and characteristics.
