Features: Food, clothing, shelter, and transportation are the four essential elements of life, and housing has naturally become a permanent theme of human concern. The housing in small towns (including rural areas) is one of the most pressing issues for the general public in China. The editor has analyzed and selected 180 representative courtyard design plans from small towns in various regions over the past few years, compiling them into "Trendy Courtyard Houses in Small Towns" (Volumes I, II, and III), published in three books. These plans include standalone, semi-detached, rowhouse, and courtyard-style housing designs that can be organized into courtyards. Many of the plans focus on incorporating traditional residential layouts, such as front courtyards, rear courtyards, and inner courtyards, to ensure that each functional space in the residence receives good natural lighting and ventilation, thereby improving the quality of living environments and making the floor plans more rational and livable. The design styles are richer, more vibrant, and diverse. Some of these designs have already been built and have been well-received by the public.
