Features: Although there are scholars who study the legal system of the Ming Dynasty across the Taiwan Strait, research on the judicial trial system of the Ming Dynasty has been rarely conducted by scholars. In recent years, historical materials related to this field have been successively compiled, printed, and published, making it convenient for the writing of this book. The book is divided into six chapters, except for the first chapter (Introduction) and the sixth chapter (Conclusion). The second chapter discusses the central judicial trial procedures of the Ming Dynasty (also known as: review procedures for cases in Zhili and other provinces, trial procedures for cases in the capital, and trial procedures for special cases). The Ming Dynasty lasted for 276 years, during which its central judicial trial system underwent multiple reforms. The relevant historical materials are vast, and the author believes that. Research on the history of Chinese law should have academic specialization. Some scholars focus on the upstream work of textual criticism of historical materials, while others focus on the downstream work of analyzing historical materials. Complementary to each other, legal history can progress and grow, which is beneficial to academic research on the history of Chinese law.
