Features: The Legal Master's Professional Degree Postgraduate Entrance Unified Exam is a selective examination implemented by pilot institutions for the Legal Master's Professional Degree. The exam subjects include Political Theory (100 points), Foreign Language (100 points), Professional Foundation Courses (including Criminal Law and Civil Law, 150 points), and Comprehensive Courses (including Jurisprudence, Chinese Constitutional Law, and Chinese Legal History, 150 points). The "National Unified Exam Syllabus for Legal Master's Professional Degree Postgraduate Entrance" jointly formulated by the Higher Education Student Department of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education Examinations Center stipulates the exam content and requirements for the Professional Foundation Courses and Comprehensive Courses, serving as the basis for question setting and candidate preparation. The exam primarily consists of four stages: question setting, exam implementation, scoring, and score interpretation. These stages are interdependent and mutually restrictive, forming a complex systematic project. The first and foremost stage of this system is question setting. To create a high-quality exam paper, it relies not only on the academic level and teaching experience of the question setters but also requires continuous summarization of past question-setting experiences and analysis of the quality of questions and exam papers. Analyzing and researching questions that have already been used plays a significant role in improving question-setting standards. To summarize question-setting experience, as well as to allow society and candidates to further understand changes in the exam syllabus and enhance the transparency of the exam, alleviate candidates' anxiety during the exam, and facilitate their normal performance, we will begin publishing the "Exam Analysis" for the Professional Foundation Courses and Comprehensive Courses of the National Unified Exam for Legal Master's Professional Degree Postgraduate Entrance starting this year. The "Exam Analysis" mainly includes content such as question-setting instructions, question analysis, exam paper analysis, and an explanation of the exam syllabus. The question-setting instructions will focus on providing further clarification on the revisions to the exam syllabus and the new requirements. The question analysis section primarily examines the questions from 2004, emphasizing the question-setting philosophy, the knowledge and abilities assessed, and identifying typical candidate errors. The exam paper analysis section primarily analyzes the exam papers from 2004 in conjunction with statistical data, focusing on the difficulty of each subject's exam paper, the coverage of exam content, the structure of the exam papers, the proportion of question types, and the distribution of candidate scores. The publication of the "Exam Analysis" for the Professional Foundation Courses and Comprehensive Courses of the National Unified Exam for Legal Master's Professional Degree Postgraduate Entrance is an important part of the question-setting work. It serves as a key channel for promoting and introducing the National Unified Exam for Legal Master's Professional Degree Postgraduate Entrance. In developed countries and regions, various exams annually conduct detailed analyses and evaluations of questions and publish them widely. The publication of this book can not only comprehensively preserve historical exam materials and research findings but also provide necessary reference materials for society and candidates to study the exam objectively and fairly.
