History of World Situation Novels

Features: This is one of the earliest texts to define the conceptual scope of world-situation novels. "World-situation" refers to the social realities and human relationships. To contemplate the connotation of the four characters "social realities and human relationships," combined with the actual development of Chinese fiction, I believe that world-situation novels should primarily describe the daily lives, eating habits, love and marriage, family ethics, the rise and fall of families or clans, and the various strata of society, aiming to reflect social realities (so-called "world appearance").
