Features: This book compiles 681 questions and answers from the "Judicial Mailbox" published in the "People's Justice" from Issue 7, 1991 to Issue 12, 2001. Among them, there are 150 criminal cases, 109 civil cases, 150 commercial cases, 110 administrative cases, 45 enforcement cases, and 117 comprehensive cases. Due to the large number of mailboxes, each section is arranged separately. Moreover, due to the long time span, some important laws of China during this period, such as the Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Marriage Law, underwent significant changes. As a result, some answers from previous years are no longer applicable. To avoid misleading readers while maintaining the relative completeness of the mailboxes, the editor has added annotations to these answers to explain these changes. Other aspects of the format remain the same as the previous two volumes, with the names of the correspondents and responders omitted for each item, and the year and issue in which each response was published in "People's Justice" indicated at the end of each response.
