Features: With the rapid advancement of China's legal system construction, a large number of laws and regulations concerning various aspects of citizens' lives have been formulated or revised in the past decade. This has made ordinary people increasingly inclined to use the law as a self-help tool when seeking solutions to disputes or protecting their rights in their daily work and life. To adapt to the growing trend of increasingly complex tort disputes, we have edited and published the "Law and Life Series" of "Self-Help Compensation Manuals" to meet the needs of readers for corresponding legal and regulatory books. The content of this series basically covers all aspects of people's work and life, divided into the following nine sub-series for publication: "Personal and Property Damage Compensation," "Product Quality · Price and Fee Tort Compensation," "Food Hygiene Tort Compensation," "Labor Tort · Industrial Accident Damage Compensation," "Medical Malpractice Compensation," "Medical and Hygiene Tort Compensation," "Traffic Accidents · Road Transportation Compensation," "Railway · Waterway · Air Transportation Compensation," and "Tourism Service Tort Compensation." It can be said that it provides comprehensive legal grounds for readers in all fields of protecting their rights. At the same time, each sub-series not only includes relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and other regulatory documents related to the topic but also collects typical cases released by the Supreme People's Court on the relevant topics to enhance the practicality of the series as a legal reference book.
