Features: Salary, benefits, and retirement work are closely related to the interests of employees, and the Party and State have always attached great importance to them. Since the reform of the salary system for government agencies and public institutions in 1993, a series of policies and regulations have been formulated by relevant departments in terms of salary, benefits, and retirement. A large number of documents have been issued, and these policy documents are the important basis for doing a good job in salary, benefits, and retirement work. To facilitate practical work, we organized colleagues who have been engaged in salary, benefits, and retirement work for many years to collect, organize, and edit the policies and regulations on salary, benefits, and retirement issued by national relevant departments after 1993, and published the book "New Edition of Practical Handbook for Salary and Benefits of Government Agencies and Public Institutions." The book is divided into three parts. The first part is on salary, including the current salary system, policies, and standards of government agencies and public institutions, salary, living allowances, and subsidy policies for various types of personnel. The second part is on benefits, including leave systems, survivor benefits, medical care, social insurance, and service calculation. The third part covers retirement conditions and procedures, retirement benefits, the resettlement and management of retirees, and retirement benefits for units undergoing transformation. The book contains comprehensive and practical documents, serving as a reference tool for labor and personnel cadres to handle salary, benefits, and retirement work.
