Features: The "Manual on Organizational Work of the Party Organization Election" (hereinafter referred to as "the Manual"), since its publication in 1995, has played a significant role in the daily work of organizational departments and in the election work of grassroots Party organizations at various levels. It has been well-received and highly praised by Party workers, especially those engaged in organizational work. Over the past six years, new progress has been made in Party construction theory and Party system building, and grassroots Party organizations at various levels have accumulated a wealth of fresh experience in guiding election work. Some content in the Manual can no longer fully meet the needs of current work and the situation. In light of this, we have revised the Manual to make it more practical and easier to understand and use.
