Features: Without a data center, it is impossible to become an academic center; without primary data, there would be no research outcomes. This is increasingly becoming a common consensus. The research of the Key Discipline of Constitutional and Administrative Law at Zhejiang University (hereinafter referred to as "Public Law Center") will begin with the organization of data. For this purpose, we have compiled the book Administrative Regulations in China and Foreign Countries—Decomposition and Comparison. This book is divided into ten volumes:
Volume 1: Administrative Organization Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 2: Civil Service Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 3: Administrative Legislation Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 4: Administrative Compulsory Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 5: Administrative Punitive Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 6: Administrative Procedure Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 7: Administrative Reconsideration Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 8: Administrative Court Laws and Administrative Litigation Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 9: State Compensation Laws in China and Foreign Countries
Volume 10: Administrative Information Disclosure Laws in China and Foreign Countries. It conducts decomposition and comparative research on nearly 200 administrative regulations from 35 countries and regions, organized by topic. The arrangement of each volume follows the following rules:
1. Establish topics by chapters in accordance with the general logic of legislation;
2. Within each topic, arrange the laws in the order of China first, then foreign countries;
3. The order of laws between foreign countries (or regions) follows the alphabetical order of their English names;
4. Within the same country (or region), arrange the laws in chronological order;
5. The last section of each chapter is designated as the "Summary and Comparison" section.
This book is not merely a collection of data; it aims to combine the decomposition of data with theoretical research. This unique compilation method and the rich data it provides will undoubtedly serve as a reference tool for similar legislation and research in China. We hope this book will contribute to and support China's administrative legislation and the comparative study of administrative law between China and foreign countries!
