Features: This book provides a systematic review of the latest international economic literature. The systematic review of the latest domestic economic literature will be published separately as a companion volume, Frontiers of Chinese Economic Hotspots. Some chapters of this book have been published successively in the national core journal Economic Theory and Economic Management. After publication, they received positive feedback from the academic community. The fundamental task of this book is to systematically organize existing economic literature and achieve the following two objectives:
First, it provides a comprehensive and systematic research foundation for economic research or theoretical innovation, or at least a research material basis. This allows researchers to easily access the latest frontiers of economic research with just one book, saving them the trouble of searching, synthesizing, and thus saving a significant amount of research time and effort. In this sense, this book is a reference tool for economic researchers and a teaching reference book for economics.
Second, it provides a research norm for economic research or theoretical innovation. Through this norm, it establishes a platform for economic research or a new starting point for economic research. This enables everyone to advance further economic innovation on this new platform or new starting point, thereby reducing repetitive research and resource waste in economics. This not only helps optimize the rational allocation of research resources and achieve Pareto improvement in economic research but also contributes to establishing an objective social evaluation mechanism for research outcomes, encouraging continuous innovation in economic research.
