It was developed in response to the needs of educational reform under the new circumstances of reform and opening up. It is based on the four rounds of reform and pilot programs using the psychology textbook edited by Zhang Shichen and others in 1900. During the writing process, we adhered to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, combined theoretical depth with practicality, and strived to incorporate the latest research findings in psychology both domestically and internationally.
