Some popular dishes in the book can also serve as references for chefs in factories and mines, as well as for families to improve their cooking techniques. This book primarily focuses on recipes, supplemented by basic cooking knowledge. The names and terms in the book are accompanied by annotations. The quantities of main, secondary, and auxiliary ingredients in the recipes are based on large portion standards. For home cooking, if the main ingredient is in lesser quantity, the secondary and substitute ingredients should also be adjusted accordingly. The plating methods, selection of secondary and auxiliary ingredients, and knife techniques in the book are designed according to traditional food and beverage industry methods, aiming to highlight their aesthetic appeal. For home cooking, these can be used as appropriate references but are not strictly limited by these methods.
