Features: This book is based on the revised and promulgated "Basic Requirements for Teaching of Signals and Systems in Higher Industrial Schools" by the Ministry of Education (formerly the State Education Commission). It is designed to guide students in deeply understanding the course content, mastering learning methods and patterns, and improving comprehensive analysis and problem-solving skills. The first seven chapters introduce the basic concepts of signals and systems; time-domain, frequency-domain, and S-domain analysis of continuous signals and systems; time-domain and Z-domain analysis of discrete signals and systems, as well as state-space analysis of systems. Each chapter consists of four parts: learning objectives, basic content, detailed solutions to typical problems, and self-check exercises. Chapter 8 includes three sets of simulated examination papers for the course (with detailed solutions provided for calculation problems). At the end of the book, answers to the self-check exercises for each chapter are provided. This book can serve as a supplementary teaching material for students majoring in electronic information engineering, communication engineering, computer science and technology, measurement and control technology and instruments, optical information science and technology, electrical engineering and automation, and other related fields, studying "Signals and Systems." It can also be used as a reference book for graduate entrance examinations in this course.
