As a textbook, the target readers we designed for this book are mainly college students, individuals willing to learn management knowledge, and staff working in practical departments. In view of this, when constructing the framework of this book, the author basically still follows the framework system of management depicted by the renowned management expert Henri Fayol, and it is compiled based on the process approach system. However, with a sense of anticipation for the new century and an outlook on the development of management science, we have strived to incorporate our teaching and research experiences and achievements, as well as our understanding of the development of management science, into the traditional framework.
