In recent years, the number of legal application issues in judicial practice has been increasing, and interpretations have gained more attention. Societal demand for interpretations has become urgent. Therefore, we have meticulously compiled this book. It selects 861 interpretations, interpretive documents, and judicial work normative documents issued by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Divided by document nature, they are categorized into four sections: "Civil," "Criminal," "Administrative Litigation," and "State Compensation." Each section is further subdivided into several subcategories based on substantive and procedural laws. The documents are arranged in chronological order of issuance for easy reference. To facilitate use, each section includes relevant laws, regulations, and legal interpretations at the end. Additionally, we have compiled and organized an index of interpretations abolished by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate in recent years, placing them after the corresponding sections.
