Features: Many beauties are not discovered by the world, because they are cherished in the heart, but they remain beautiful and noble, just like the Lin Xiaomei in the book and us outside the book. This coming-of-age novel, with its ingenious plot, vivid brushwork, and elegant poetic language, depicts the campus life and emotional stories of flower-like girls led by Lin Xiaomei. Lin Xiaomei, her goddess-like cousin Lin Xiaoxia, and her "stubborn" cousin Wang Xiaoming, who study at the same school, each have their own pursuits, worries, and secretly admired boys. But this is a "troublesome" age—some sweet little affections, some ambiguous and indescribable feelings, are entangled by the inescapable sensitivity of adolescence, the innate loneliness, and curiosity about the opposite sex, causing subtle changes in emotions. The deep bond among the three sisters is touched by mutual compassion, while Zhang Feifei, the "Xi Feng sister" who has always been in a rivalry with Lin Xiaomei, tries to defeat her by exploiting Lin Xiaomei's indefensible mistakes during the competition for the school's cultural department head. Coincidentally, the teacher who had always favored Lin Xiaomei falls ill, and the new handsome teacher doesn’t appreciate her either. Lin Xiaomei, this girl who refuses to give up, can only take action and strive in her own unique way. This book portrays the rich emotional world of teenage girls, imbued with the author's unique experience of the life consciousness and a profound understanding of the essence of youth.
