With the help of 156 pieces selected from famous or unknown composers, as well as many ensemble pieces, students should be able to master the basic elements of music and the basic playing techniques of the clarinet. This sheet music collection is divided into several different chapters, each with a musical theme. The musical elements are reflected through corresponding pieces and sections, and students' playing skills will be systematically and gradually strengthened. Technique is never the priority here; it is included within the pieces as important musical performance. Therefore, many Italian expressive terms appear in the score, which will encourage students to better express the music. Breath marks are intentionally omitted in the second book, and students should try to divide the phrases themselves and mark the breath marks. The accompanying CD included with this sheet music collection provides students with the opportunity to play with an orchestra. There are 41 pieces arranged in different instrumentation and styles (including classical, pop, rock, folk, and more). Additionally, 11 duets have been recorded, and during the ensemble with the accompanying CD, students will learn to count the beats accurately, coordinate with fellow musicians, and pay attention to other parts.
