Instructions:
1 Lemon rinse and squeeze out the juice, set aside.
2 Wash the grapes, remove the skins and seeds, discarding the seeds. Place the grape skins and flesh in separate bowls.
3 Place the grape skins in an acid-resistant pot, add water, and cook over medium heat until boiling. Then reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid turns purplish-red.
4 Use a sieve to remove the grape skins, then use a wooden spoon to squeeze the juice from the skins. Add the squeezed juice, grape flesh, and lemon juice to the pot and cook over medium heat until boiling.
5 Reduce the heat, add malt sugar, and continue simmering. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the malt sugar is fully dissolved. Then add granulated sugar and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
