Features: Sherman Act Any contract, trust, or other form of combination or conspiracy, used to restrain trade or commerce among the several States or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal. Any person who shall make such contract, or engage in such combination or conspiracy, shall be liable with fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000); if the person so offending be an association, the fine shall be not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000), and not more than one million dollars ($1,000,000); if the person so offending be an individual, the fine shall be not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), and not more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court. Section 2 Any person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with others to monopolize or attempt to monopolize trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be liable with a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000); if the person so offending be an individual, the fine shall be not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by imprisonment not exceeding three years, or both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
