Features: The "Judicial Police Officer" studied in this research is an important police branch within the People's Police System of China, primarily referring to police officers engaged in judicial administrative work, especially prison and labor education. This is a crucial team in China's judicial administrative system, an armed national administrative force for maintaining public order, and the enforcers and implementers of national law. They undertake the arduous tasks of safeguarding national security and social order, combating illegal and criminal activities, punishing and reforming offenders, and ensuring the smooth progress of national modernization. The "High-Level Judicial Police Officer" studied in this research specifically refers to police officers engaged in judicial administrative work, especially prison and labor education, who hold a bachelor's degree or higher. The "Training Model" studied in this research refers to the knowledge, ability, and quality structure constructed by educational institutions and professional departments to cultivate high-quality judicial police officers, as well as the methods to achieve such a structure. It includes both the "Macro Training Model" and the "Micro Training Model." The former refers to the training model thats the entire career of a judicial police officer, including not only school education and academic education but also vocational education and lifelong education. The latter refers only to the school education component, specifically the training objectives and methods established by judicial police academies to cultivate reserve talents for judicial police. This research begins by analyzing the macro training model of judicial police officers and ultimately focuses on an in-depth study of the micro training model of high-level judicial police officers. The research in this study primarily involves analyzing the new situations and issues facing China's judicial work, especially prison and labor education, to dissect the professional characteristics of judicial police officers and the quality requirements for them in the new era. On this basis, after extensive surveys, empirical analysis, and comparative research on the nature, tasks, training objectives, training process, and curriculum structure of the general undergraduate education at the Central Judicial Police College, new concepts and viewpoints are proposed, and ultimately, a training model for high-level judicial police officers in China is constructed. The focus of this research is to analyze the new situations and issues facing China's judicial work, especially prison and labor education, to dissect the professional characteristics of judicial police officers and the quality requirements for them in the new era, to analyze the uniqueness of judicial police education, and ultimately to construct a training model for high-level judicial police officers in China. The difficulty of this research lies in the need not only to study the training systems for prison management personnel in foreign countries but also to analyze and summarize the current state of judicial police education in China, especially to conduct an investigation and research on the education of high-level judicial police officers in China.
