This book is the result of reflections on the foreign policy of the new Russian state during its first decade. I sincerely feel happy that this book can meet Chinese readers. It was precisely in the 1990s that the relations between our two countries flourished. It was during this period that the Russia-China strategic cooperative partnership was established and developed.
