Chapter 4 briefly introduces the basic knowledge of networks, commonly used network devices, and configurations, as well as typical applications such as web browsing, email sending and receiving, and file sharing. Chapter 5 mainly covers daily maintenance, diagnostics, and virus prevention of computers under the Windows system. Chapter 6 introduces web design and web creation using Dreamweaver 4 as the background. Chapter 7 primarily discusses system analysis and design, which non-professionals need to cooperate with during the early stages of software development, including structured, object-oriented, and database model parts.
